Transoral Endoscopic Assisted Reduction and Internal Fixation of Mandibular Condylar Fractures in Children.

Extraoral approaches for open reduction and fixation of condylar fractures in children are associated with serious risks of complications, including facial nerve injury, facial scarring, parotid fistula, and auriculotemporal nerve injury.
